We begin with what you know. You do not need a complete list of accounts.
1. Tell us what you know
Names used, known email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, locations, businesses and any services you already know about.
2. We discover and review
We research the digital footprint and separate stronger matches from uncertain ones rather than treating every result as fact.
3. You decide
The executor or person handling the estate decides what should be preserved, memorialised or closed.
4. We manage the actions
For the Complete service, we prepare and manage the appropriate provider processes where authority and provider rules permit.
5. We confirm
You receive a record of completed actions, provider responses and anything that could not be resolved.
Important: We never ask for a deceased person’s passwords. Provider requirements and response times vary, and a provider may require additional evidence or decline a request.
