KinClear is a service bought at a distance. The checkout explains cancellation rights before payment and the contract confirmation provides the information in a form the customer can keep.

14-day cancellation period

For a consumer service contract, the normal cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is made. A customer does not need to give a reason.

If you want us to start immediately

The order flow asks separately whether you expressly request the service to begin during the 14-day cancellation period. Starting early is not assumed from accepting the general terms. If a customer cancels after expressly requesting an early start, the amount payable (if any) is limited to what consumer law permits for service already supplied. If the service has been fully performed within the cancellation period, any loss of the cancellation right only occurs where the legally required express request/acknowledgement has been obtained.
