KinClear service terms.
The services
KinClear KinClear Discovery — £59: discovery and organisation of the digital footprint, followed by a structured report. There is no arbitrary account-number limit.
What is not promised
We do not promise that every account can be found, accessed, recovered, memorialised or closed. We cannot override provider rules or compel a provider to release information or act. Possible matches are distinguished from confirmed findings.
Authority and decisions
The person handling the estate remains responsible for consequential decisions. Before we submit a provider request that may preserve, memorialise, close, delete, release or otherwise affect an account or its contents, we require an appropriate authority record and the customer's instruction. If authority is disputed, consequential action is paused.
Preservation before irreversible action
Where relevant we consider preservation options before an irreversible closure or deletion request. A provider may nevertheless limit or refuse access or preservation.
No passwords
Do not provide passwords, PINs, authentication/recovery codes, private keys, seed phrases or card-security credentials. We do not need them to deliver the service.
Price and additional costs
The displayed service price includes the KinClear service described above. We do not add an extra charge or incur a third-party cost on the customer's behalf without prior agreement.
Care and timing
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Provider response times and evidential requirements are outside our control, so no provider-resolution deadline is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Cancellation
Consumer cancellation rights and the request to start work during the cancellation period are described on the Cancellation page and are presented before a live order is placed. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.
Complaints
Complaints can be raised using the customer contact details above. We will review the case record and respond fairly. These terms do not prevent a customer using statutory remedies.
